What an amazing day! From the moment we left the docks, Jacob and I knew we were in for something special. Cliff is quite simply an expert- not only at fishing-but at listening,teaching and guiding.   I met up with Cliff Monday at Calaveras to fish an evening trip. I planned this trip as a purely educational trip and ended up limiting out on cats. I sponged up the knowledge and learned what to look for as well as my limit. I actually love the type of fishing Cliff does on his trips and it was great for him to show me and cost effective methods as well. I just have to say this was a great fishing trip in my book and Danny Kings Punchbait is the "business"! If you ever want to learn the lake and catfishing, Go with a REAL CLASS ACT, Hill Country Fishin', is defintely worth the trip! Not only was the price inexpensive in comparison to other guided trips, but the success far surpassed them. I can honestly say, this was by far the best guided trip I have ever been on, and plan on telling all of my fellow Aggies about it. I thoroughly enjoyed the amazing service (you cleaning my fish for me at the lake) and the individual attention. Not only did you know where to fish and what bait to use when, but I was amazed that you even thought ahead to have ponchos for us in case it rained (which it did at the end of the day).
